Stability

Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation, the fear of the Lord is His treasure (Isaiah 33.6).

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

The most stable force in the universe is the Word of God. A person who decides to become a doer of the Word can change from being out of control and unpredictable to stable and dependable.

The Word produces stability. In this age of constant change, God has given us an anchor. We don’t have to be tossed around by the ebb and flow of life. God’s Word is more sure than the rising of the sun!

If He says He loves you, then He does. If He says He forgives you, then it’s done. If He’s promised to never leave you, then He won’t! If He’s promised to meet your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus, then He will. If He has promised to protect and shield you, then it’s a done deal!

He promised that we would go through the fire and not be burned, and through the flood and not drown. He promised us that though thousands may fall around us we would be protected from harm!

The Father has promised provision in famine, health during a plague, victory over every enemy, angelic host to surround us, His strength during the toughest battle. What the Father says supersedes every difficulty, circumstance, thought, plan, fear, sickness, attack, or problem.

How can we lose if we choose to be doer of the Word. Choose today to believe and speak the Word in the facing of the most challenging issues you face. You’ll find that security, peace and strength from heaven will fill you. You’ll become sure and stable, and others will draw from His strength in you! Remember that the Father watches over His Word to perform it!
