GO!

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:19-20)

As we come to the close of the church age and began to enter the time of trouble Jesus Spoke of as the tribulation, our thrust should be evangelism. The darker the world becomes, the brighter believers should glow!

I just spoke with Joe Barbacci this morning! Joe arrived in Guatemala last (Friday) night. He had a good journey through Mexico, and was just 10 miles shy of putting 4000 miles on his vehicle since he left Raleigh! He and Leslie are doing well, and eager to get busy working in the hospital there.

Joe’s phone numbers are (and this is exactly how to dial) Joe’s mobile is – 011-502-4042-6723. Leslie’s is 011-502-5723-3149. Joe and Leslie would love to hear from their friends. And they are not charged for incoming call on these mobile phones.

I’ll be leaving for Ethiopia on Monday. We will be conducting Pastor’s training for the pastors and leaders in our 15 churches, and will also be conducting a pastor’s conference for the leaders of around 150 churches in southern Ethiopia. In addition, we will also hold evangelistic meetings. Please pray as we minister!

At Victory Fellowship, God has placed us in position to minister to world. Clifton Chen is ordained under our ministry and has a thriving church in Taiwan. We have the churches in Ethiopia under the care of Meberatu, who is also ordained under our ministry. Now Joe and Leslie are in Guatemala ordained under Victory Fellowship. And we support 22 missions organizations each month. God is up to something so much bigger than us! He wants people to be saved from the clutches of sin and Satan!

Victory Fellowship is also reaching out to our community. Last night, an estimated 1000+ attended our Fall Festival. Free food, beverages and goodies were available for all, and thousands of pieces of candy were given away to the children. We had 14 born again! We’re also planning to reach out to the needy in our area during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

As difficult days arrive in the future, our mission is clear. We are to occupy until Jesus returns! (Luke 19:13). We’re not to look around and wonder what we’re going to do! Jesus has already told us what to do. Preach the gospel! And use words when necessary! Let’s get after it!
